Accessibility Statement

Accessibility information — last reviewed 9 October 2026.

Muzelle is developing a learning platform intended to be usable by people with different access needs, devices and assistive technologies. This page describes our design goals and known work in progress; it is not a certification of conformance with an accessibility standard.

Our approach

  • Structure content with meaningful headings, readable text and descriptive link labels
  • Aim for sufficient contrast, visible keyboard focus and mobile-responsive layouts
  • Provide alternative text for informative images, and leave purely decorative artwork without redundant descriptions
  • Review course videos for captions, transcripts and accessible player controls before release
  • Test forms, registration and learning controls with keyboard and screen readers

Known limitations

Some layouts and LMS interfaces are still under development and have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. Not all future course videos, documents or third-party embeds are available yet, so we cannot guarantee their accessibility.

Request an alternative format or report a barrier

Please use our Contact page to locate current support options. We are still finalizing the support intake process; if a contact form is unavailable, this will be identified on that page rather than presented as operational.

Review

We will update this statement as the platform is tested, as course content is published and as reported barriers are resolved.
