This policy explains how Muzelle uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device when you visit a website.

1. Cookies we use

We currently use only cookies that are necessary for the platform to work:

Login and security cookies (for example wordpress_logged_in and wordpress_sec) keep you signed in and protect your account. Login cookies last up to two weeks if you choose to stay signed in.
Shopping and checkout cookies (for example woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session) remember your cart and help complete your purchase.
Preference cookies (for example wp-settings) remember display choices in your account.
Security and anti-spam cookies help us block automated abuse and repeated failed logins.

2. Analytics and advertising

We do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before they are switched on.

3. Third-party services

When you pay, you are taken to or use a secure payment service (IWOMIPAY and the card network or mobile money operator), and live lessons use a video-meeting service. These providers may set their own cookies, which are covered by their policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, you may be unable to log in or check out.
